I’m Rui (Ray), your local real estate expert and fellow neighbor. Grew up in Shanghai, and relocated to Chicago to pursue my PhD in medicinal chemistry. I then moved to Chapel Hill for a postdoc position, where I conducted significant research in Fanconi Anemia and cancer research. From 2017, I served as the Laboratory Director at USEF. Due to the pandemic, I returned to Apex and, alongside my wife, Yanming Xia "Sammi", co-founded Ming Acupuncture and Wellness.
My Experience
I've developed a keen interest in home improvement, acquiring substantial experience through buying and selling my own properties on multiple occasions, a process I find immensely satisfying. Currently, I'm enthusiastic about leveraging my accumulated expertise and insights to improve and enrich the experiences of customers.
